LOS ANGELES, May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — sport Chalet, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a joint training and operations agreement with Ocean Enterprises, a specialty dive center headquartered in San Diego, California.
Under the partnership, sport Chalet and Ocean Enterprises will work together on employee and dive instructor training and certification as well as joint merchandising and marketing initiatives. Ocean Enterprises will assist in evaluating sport Chalet’s procedures for employee and instructor hiring, training and class scheduling. Ocean Enterprises will also provide its expertise to enhance the Company’s SCUBA repair services as well as its SCUBA rental and travel business in order to explore additional opportunities to further leverage these unique services.
